Peak Climbing in Nepal

The most adventure mountain activities in Nepal is Peak Climbing. It  became a famous after ascend of Mt. Everest by Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgey Sherpa in 1953 May 29. Nepal Known as the Kingdom of Himalaya, it has 1300 mountains which are over 6000 meters to 8848m above sea level which makes especially popular for peak climbing to Nepal.

Nepal is in the laps of the Himalayas a land locked, nestled country between India and China. This small country in the world offers extensive opportunity for peak climbing and full scale mountaineering adventure with many peaks that are above 6000m. There are 32 minor peaks opened for Alpine climbing under Nepal Mountaineering Association and the rest under the control of tourism ministry. The climbing of these trekking peaks are controlled under the rules & regulations formulated by this Association. In some cases the climbing of these minor trekking peaks in Nepal require snow and Ice climbing experience however we will teach you the basics of handling ropes and other climbing devices including safety considerations.
